Some units of Concord Wireless NVR systems QV5520 (CNK8224WPB-A) and QV5522 (CNK8244WPB-A) may beep when connected to the QC5528 Solar panel. Please follow the instructions below to update the firmware on your Wireless NVR Base unit and its cameras.
Please visit this link shown below to download the latest firmware update files for your NVR unit:

Unzip the files to a folder on a PC. Copy the files to a USB stick. Put the USB stick in the USB port on the back of the base station, connect a screen and mouse to the unit, and power it on if it is off.
First, you need to update the Base unit itself. Click the bottom-left corner of the screen and then click Setup. Enter your password.
Now click System, then Maintenance, then Upgrade. Click Select File, and now choose the file: H7004_V230131V230131V221128V230209V230207V220827V230131V230131V191237
Press OK, and then press Upgrade.
Wait for the success message, and power-off the NVR Base unit by pressing Shutdown from the bottom-left corner menu.
Power the Base unit back on and you will need to update the cameras next. Make sure all the cameras are within range of the Base unit and are charged. Click play on the view screen for each camera to wake them up. Click the bottom-left corner of the screen and then click Setup. Enter your password.
Now click System, then IP Camera Maintain, then put a tick in each of the camera boxes. If any of the cameras are showing as off-line, you will need to wave a hand in front of them, or go back to the viewing screen by closing the window with the X on the top-right, and wake the cameras up again. Click Select File, and now choose the file: H296I3X_F16M_SF_ENU_NORMAL_V33.21.5.2_220128_W, press OK, and then press IPC Upgrade.
The cameras will take several minutes to load the file, upgrade, and restart. They should all make a beep sound once done, and have the software version V33.21.5.2_220128 listed after a few minutes.
