Issue
Printer requires a firmware update
Fix
Recommended solution is to update the firmware via the printer's control screen.
If the printer screen method does not work, you can re-flash the firmware by following the steps below.
1. Download the update.bin file from the following link
2. Insert the USB flash drive into the computer and format it to FAT32.

3. Copy the downloaded update.bin file to the root directory of the USB drive.
(Be sure to place it in the root directory; otherwise, the printer may not recognize the firmware file.)

1. Power off the printer and unplug the power cord. Unplug the screen cable and reinsert it, making sure it is firmly plugged in. Check the jack cable for damage.

2. Open the bottom cover of the printer.

3. Please check whether the power indicator is on.

4. Please check whether the mainboard indicator light is on after the printer is turned on (the indicator light in the yellow frame in the picture), and whether the extruder communication light flashes after a period of time (the indicator light in the blue frame in the picture).Generally, about 20-30 seconds after power-on, the extruder communication light here will start to flash.
