Issue
The Wi-Fi connection to the printer drops out. The slicer software cannot connect to the printer.
Troubleshooting steps:
1. After updating the printer firmware, restarting the printer or restarting your router, the IP address on the printer touch screen may change. You'll need to get the new IP address displayed on the touch screen, and enter it in your slicer's Printer setup - see how here. The printer needs to be on the same network as the slicer PC. There's a video on how to connect it here.
Tip: Use your modem/router's LAN or DHCP admin setup page to reserve the Centauri's IP address, then it will always have the same IP address after restarts/updates.
2. Currently, the printer is limited to 4 connected interfaces. The current situation may also be caused by the printer using more than 4 interfaces. Please disconnect other interfaces connected to the printer and then test again. (1 interface is occupied by the slicing software connection, 1 by the printer during printing, and 1 by uploading and printing.)
If there is no improvement, please perform further troubleshooting as described below.

3. Turn on the hotspot through the mobile phone to check whether the printer can detect the mobile phone hotspot. The specific steps are:
a. Open the hotspot through your mobile phone.
a. Open the hotspot through your mobile phone.
b. Find the mobile phone hotspot through the printer touch screen and connect
c. After confirming that the printer is connected to the mobile phone hotspot, access the IP address on the printer touch screen through your mobile phone browser .
d. If your phone can access CC backend, please use your phone to control the printer and access the camera. Check whether your phone can control the printer and access the camera. If your phone can control the printer backend, control the printer, and access the camera, then there may be something wrong with your network. Please try step 4.
4. Restart the router to check whether the printer can detect the Wi-Fi after restarting the router. Reconnect to the Wi-Fi through the printer and test.
5. Turn off the printer power, open the bottom cover of the printer, and check whether the wires at the marked position are loose.
