Does the Brass Monkey fridge automatically defrost? How to defrost the fridge

Unlike a household fridge, the Brass Monkey fridges do not have a defrost function. 

Fridges usually develop frost if the doors or lids are left open, which allows moist air to enter them.

To remove the frost, allow the fridge to warm to ambient temperatures and wipe off the condensation.
