Can you supply a ROHS certification? Do you have REACH certification?

Certification for countries outside New Zealand

R.O.H.S and REACH certifications are applicable to products that are sold in markets such as the European Union, China, UK, Korea, and some parts of the United States and Canada.

We do not sell into any of the markets that require R.O.H.S and REACH, so our products do not normally have certifications required for those markets. If you are reselling our products outside New Zealand, you need to check for compliance requirements and report availability before buying. We do not know where you may ship our products, so be aware that certification/report requirements are not an acceptable reason for returning goods for credit.

If you are buying a large quantity, we may be able to ask the trader or supplier if such certification has been obtained. Please contact us, you will need to supply your account number, product code and quantity for us to request this.

Certification for New Zealand

Our products are selected to be good value for hobbyists, creators, and technicians, and are compliant with regulations for sale in New Zealand. They do not have certifications for professional users, such as Certificate of Conformity, Declaration of Conformity, or calibration certificates, as obtaining these these would add significantly to their cost.
