Can your Lithium 12.8v deep-cycle batteries be mounted in engine bays, under bonnets, or in bilges?

Our SB22xx batteries are not intended for starting motors, and should be securely mounted where they are not exposed to moisture or excessive heat (no higher than 60Degrees C). Vehicle under-bonnet conditions can easily exceed this. A sealed compartment without heat exposure is recommended.

These kinds of batteries can't be charged directly by alternators - a DC-to-DC charger with Lithium capability is required.
