How to download video from a Concord Security system to a USB drive or a phone

Video is best downloaded from the base unit itself, to a USB stick. You can also download video to the Concord Security App on your phone, see here.

To download the video to a USB stick, you will need to connect the USB stick to the rear USB port on the Concord box, and connect a screen (or TV) and mouse to the Concord box.
