How to I pair the LA4222 Smart Tile Tracker?

The LA4222 Smart Tile tracker can be paired with Apple iOS devices that have the Find My app.

How to pair the tile with the phone App:

1. Open Find My
2. Tap Add Other Item
3. Tap the button on tile to wake it
4. Name it and give it an emoji.

Watch this video for the pairing process. A previously-used tile can be put into pairing mode by pressing the button for three seconds.

I want to pair the tile with another phone account:

The tile must be removed from any phone / account where it is listed in Find My before you can pair it with another phone. If you attempt to pair a tile that is still paired with another phone / account, the phone will say "Could not continue".

How to remove the tile from the phone App:

1. Open Find My
2. Select the tile
3. Scroll to bottom and do Remove Item and then confirm.

Tile needs to be nearby. It will beep once removed, and you can then pair it with a new phone / account.

If you have reset your tile without removing it from Find my, to get it to work again, or to remove it from Find My, you will need to pair it with that same phone / account again. Press and hold the button for three seconds to put it into pairing mode, and then add it in Find My.
